I offer both in person and online sessions for £75.

Online sessions Monday to Friday 7am-8am

Structure of the sessions:

Booking Your First Session
After you contact me, I will do my best to reply within a day, and we can then arrange, via email, a mutually convenient day and time for your initial session. The initial consultation is a paid session that gives us the chance to meet, talk about what brings you to therapy, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

Six-Session Trial Period
If we decide to continue after the initial consultation, we’ll begin with a six-session trial period. These first weeks allow us to build trust, explore your goals, and get a sense of how therapy feels for you. At the end of this period, we’ll review our work together and decide whether to continue on a short-term or long-term basis.

Ongoing Sessions
Once we’ve agreed on how to continue, you’ll have a weekly session time reserved just for you.
